What we collect

Your email address, your conversations with Echo companions, characters you create, and basic usage events (signups, messages sent, subscription status). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To run the service: deliver conversations, remember context within your chats, enforce daily limits, and improve product quality from aggregate metrics. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not share your conversations with third parties except the AI inference providers needed to generate responses, who are contractually barred from retaining them.

Your controls

You can delete any companion (which deletes its conversation history) and request full account deletion at any time by emailing us. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.

Safety disclosures

If a conversation indicates a crisis, we show crisis-line information (e.g. 988 in the US). Echo is for adults 18+. Echo companions are AI characters, and the service will always tell you so.
